At INSTINCT, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item(s) are received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the item(s) to be inspected and, if necessary, replaced or refunded.
Please note that certain items, such as custom or special-order items, may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Additionally, we do not accept returns of final sale items.
